• Starting January 2013, it is mandatory for all international students (D-4 visa) to have health insurance coverage throughout their studies at CILE
• International students must, by CILE health insurance requirements, show proof of health insurance coverage, prior to attending CILE classes or sign up for health insurance as soon as he/she receive alien registration card.
• Yearly insurance premium rates range 180,000 to 400,000 KRW depending on age or gender.

• Field trips and cultural activities are an integral part of the CILE Korean Language Program. By adding cultural content, the program further enhances students’ understanding of Korean culture. One or two field trips and activity classes per term are included
• Each term provides various Korean cultural programs for students. (Excursion to Folk Village, royal palaces, and amusement parks, watching performances, craft activities, etc.)

Case & Refund policy

• In case of visa rejection / In case of personal reasons or other unavoidable circumstances / In case of being accepted to Eulji University or its Graduate School
  • 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded before the first week of the term.
  • 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded during the first week of the term.
  • No partial refund of the tuition fee will be made after the first week of the term.
• In case of personal reasons after arrival in Korea /In case of being accepted to another university or graduate school, or transferred to another Korean language institute. (After completing 2 terms)
  • 90% of the tuition fee will be refunded before the first week of the term.
  • 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded during the first week of the term.
  • No partial refund of the tuition fee will be made after the first week of the term.
• Students must submit the original acceptance letter or verifiable confirmation documents stating the special circumstances or visa rejection. Any false or forged documentation will be considered null and void, and any refund will be cancelled.
