- (1) Completed Application Forms including study plan, financial affidavit, etc.
- (2) 2 photocopies of the photo page of your passport
- (3) 2 passport sized photos (3 x 4 cm with white background)
- (4) School Certificates
- 1) High school graduate
High School academic transcript + Proof of High School Graduation/Diploma Original or Notarized copy + Apostille Certificate or an Embassy/Consulate Legalization
- 2) University student or graduate
High School transcript + Proof of High school Graduation/Diploma - University transcript + Proof of Enrollment or Graduation/Degree Original or Notarized copy + Apostille Certificate or an Embassy/Consulate Legalization

- (5) Certificate of bank deposit balance (minimum amount of US$ 7,000.00, RMB 60,000.00 for Chinese)
- Chinese Applicants: The certificate should be issued within 1 month before application and the funds should be held for a consecutive 9 months period.
- Other Applicants: The certificate should be issued within 1 month before application ∙ 중국 외 기타국가: $7,000이상 (최근 1개월 이내 발급)
- (6) Sponsor's Proof of Employment and Proof of Income + any related documents that show proof of yearly income, proof of tax payment, etc.
- (7) Letter of Sponsorship/Guarantee (to be notarized and provided upon request)
- (8) (Chinese Only) Original copy of Household Register (“HUKOUBU”) including all family members, and photocopy of ID Card (“SHENFENZHENG”) of all family members.
- The list above details the basic documents needed. Additional documents may be required, and special conditions may apply for some countries.
- All documentation submitted will not be returned.
- Those residing in Korea with appropriate visas like D-4, F-2, F-4, E-2, D-8. C-3, etc. can apply for the course one week before class begins. (only in case of availability)
